iPhone Slim or SE Plus (2)

If all of (1) is true. What may likely happen is that Apple will cut the iPhone 17 Plus model, reason may be because the Plus cannibalising the Pro Max sales. So people want big screen will now either have to spend big money for Pro Max, or choose to loose camera and go for SE Plus. The SE Plus will also be slimmer and has similar battery life as SE. Meaning no reason to choose SE Plus just for the battery, unlike the iPhone 15 Plus.

So the line up will be something like

$1199 Pro Max ( 6.9")
$1099 Pro ( 6.3")

$899 iPhone 17 256GB (6.3")
$799 iPhone 16 256GB (6.12")
$699 iPhone 15 128GB (6.12")

$599 - $699 iPhone SE Plus 128GB
$499 iPhone SE 128GB

Sadly in order for the iPhone 16 to fit in, there is a chance this year 16 will continue to start at 128GB at $799. So next year it could have its 256GB sold as $799 and act as an annual reduction of $100 per model.
