what is meant by epoche? part 1
in philosophy, epoche is a method to completely isolate our perception from preconceived notions about it. it's bare thoughts, unpolluted by judgement, bias, prejudice. the truth takes birth here, and then it is distorted by our imposition of existing confirmational bias on it. if the core truth is absolute (there cannot be multiple core truths about one thing) then how come there's so many divergent sections in society regarding the same one thing - politics, religion, economic theory, and more? because we realize our truths only after it has been glazed, like a tandoori chicken in a saucepan, with our inherent inclinations about the subject matter.
you're lucky you're able to think this far. it is meta.
whenever i want to regurgitate unfiltered thoughts, i am gonna be coming here. although i think i bought that diary for this very purpose, my adhd nuked brain just wanders off in search of new stimulation. what a living hell.
i like this no-nonsense ui of nicheless, i don't know if the owner sells our data but let's see. it's a break from the overwhelming buttons and formatting options available on, let's say, wordpress or medium. writing used to be simple. people in old times used to fucking write books and create religions with just a paper and a stick (not even a pen). so quit your excuses. but i do hate it when you're writing on a paper and you can't edit, backspace or write as fast as typing without tiring your hand.
