Because it is a never-ending thing. Even when you reach where others are, chances are you will find people who are doing better than that too. It's a race you will never win.
All of us want immediate results. We want to live life which is not ours. We want to be someone who is ahead of us but are we willing to put the hard work in? Are we ready to show the world our vulnerable sides and at the same time be okay with the judgement put across for the same?
To win something, you have to lose something. It is a zero sum game. For getting to the top, you have to lose hours which you could have spent with your family. Success is a direct output of the sacrifices we are ready to make.
Once you truly accept who you are, only then can you move forward. A journey which very few people have the courage to start. Everything won't change overnight. But what can change is your will. Will to be better each passing day. Will to face challenges head on.Will to make it easier for someone else who is on the same journey.
Never think that you could have been someone else by this age/day/date etc. You are unique and you won't fit in a box that the world has created.
