routine
When I came back home, I naturally established a routine. I would wake up when my body wanted to (around 8 to 9 am), make breakfast, and study. After that, I would go out if needed or have lunch at home, then study again and go for a run (if it was a workout day). In the evening, after dinner, I would sit down with my mom to enjoy a series or travel videos. It felt comfy.
A couple of days ago, my parents left me alone at home, and it just feels cold, alone, and a bit lonely. Even though I am used to living alone, I have never been left alone in such a cold and big house. It felt empty after settling into such a comfy routine.
This made me reflect in the importance of family and routine that creates a sense of warmth and comfort. It made me realize that while independence is valuable, the presence of loved ones and the routines we share with them bring a unique sense of belonging and coziness that can't be replaced. It’s a reminder to cherish those moments.
