presentations

I have always been anxious when presenting, I even get this increase in body temperature when I answer questions in big classes. But, for some reason I have been feeling comfortable when presenting in class, the groups are small and personalized, there is no pressure from teachers, because for them by doing the task we are already learning. Today we had 1 hour to prepare a presentation about a company with no previous knowledge from it, the preparation felt chaotic, we didn't even have time to practice. However, during the presentation there was this ease because of the safe space build in the classroom, the environment is a key factor to build spaces for better interaction and learning.
