The gym is fun, its challenging, helps you have better mental resistance to pain, things you don't necessarily like to do, and the most obvious one its just good for your body. My thing is that I'm a indecisive person and with so many options I just don't enjoy it as much... BUT when going with other people it is way easier and fun!!! and personally I push myself even more :) At the same time I want to make a fixed schedule or routine to follow so there is less friction to go to the gym alone.
