Overcoming the Fear of Relapse - 2/2
Continuation from the previous blog:
Now, I'm focused on establishing a healthier routine for myself. Going to bed and waking up early has become a priority, and having a proper breakfast energizes me for the day. I relish each moment of progress, savoring the taste of victory as I take positive steps forward. I'm resolute not to go back to my old ways, and I'm determined to keep winning each day – embracing a disciplined routine and fulfilling my responsibilities at the office.

For the upcoming week, I've set a few goals:
- Continue the journey I've started, maintaining the progress I've made.
- Ensure that the weekend doesn't disrupt the routine I've established.
- Increase gym visits to four times a week, aiming to boost my physical well-being.
- Dedicate time to reading at least twice a week, nurturing my mind and expanding my knowledge.
- By striving to achieve these objectives, I'm committed to becoming the best version of myself, embracing positive change, and leaving relapse fears far behind.
