Overcoming Relapse and Resisting Urges
Recently, I faced a challenge with relapse, and it was difficult to cope with the urges triggered by external factors. However, I managed to let go of the temptation and move forward. It was a tough day, but I found relief in staying strong. Although I regretted the relapse, the experience offered me a moment of clarity.
Unfortunately, after the incident, I found myself feeling lost and disconnected while driving. It was as if I went into autopilot mode, and this caused some confusion on the road. I realized I needed to be more mindful and present in my actions.
Despite these struggles, I had a packed weekend filled with various activities, including attending a meetup. While the meetup affected my self-esteem, I also found it rewarding in many ways. I plan to review the notes from the event to gain more insights. Later, I had a party with friends, and although a few awkward situations arose, overall, it was a pleasant experience.
I'm facing some recurring issues related to past trauma that have been causing anxiety. While I'm not comfortable sharing them online, I recognize the importance of dealing with them in a healthy way. I couldn't bring myself to go to the gym due to the anxiety, and that has been tough for me.
I've been going through a challenging time, and it's making me question how to balance being nice to someone without developing deeper feelings for them. It's a confusing matter, especially when some people I know have a significant impact on me emotionally. These feelings are challenging to resolve.
I wonder if I may be experiencing erotomania, but I'm not entirely sure.
