A spiritual perspective on content creation
Let's do a thought experiment here.
There's an ultimate all knowing being.
It's the source of what makes us aware.
It's the entity that's looking out of your eyes.
It's job is to experience as much of life in this universe as possible.
The place it calls home is a place of infinite possibility.
Infinite options
Infinite experience
Infinite creation
Infinite potential
There are certain things that come natural to this entity.
Thinking anything and instantly creating it.
Wanting anything and instantly experiencing it.
Now.. this entity is behind your eyes.
Some call it the silent watcher.
It is behind my eyes.
And behind the eyes of everyone you meet.
And even though it is a silent watcher.
It can signal you when it experiences something it prefers.
It likes all experiences.
It does not judge.
But it does have a preference.
It's preference is based on what feels most like home to it.
Infinite options
Infinite experience
Infinite creation
Infinite potential
It's goal is to gather as many perspectives on the human experience as possible.
That's why it's in all of us.
Learning.
But there are ways of tricking it.
Making it seem like it's experiencing many different human lives.
Doing it's job of gathering many perspectives.
It comes in the form of content.
Videos.
Books.
Vr games.
Every time it's tricked.
Tricked into thinking that it's broadening it's framework of the human experience.
It prefers travel videos over powerpoint slides
It prefers "A day in the life of..." videos over "Why your plant is dying" videos
It prefers "My XYZ experience" videos over "How to boil an egg" videos.
People are getting better and better a tricking this entity.
Every technological breakthrough brings it closer to a sense of "real" human experience.
Feed it as much as possible?
