Use Your Daily Journaling to Bring Success
Visualization is a strategy to create a mental image of your success.
Daily journaling helps you visualize your success each day. Success in whatever you hope to achieve.
It starts with identifying what you want to accomplish.
I write a statement of intent.
I will spend an hour working on organizing my archived essays.
I will be mindful of what I eat.
I will brainstorm topics for my next four newsletters.
You get the idea. What do you want to accomplish today? It can be a small task you dread or a big time-consuming task.
After my statement of intent, I write what specific actions I will take. Are there prerequisite actions? Possible roadblocks? Do I need to problem-solve?
I write my strategy to approach the 300 essays I need to organize.
To be mindful of my eating, I write about the healthy lunch I’ll fix.
When brainstorming newsletter topics, I write a quick list to flesh out later.
As I’m writing, I’m visualizing myself taking the actions. This sets me up for a successful day.
Visualization through daily journaling is a factor in your success.
