Less is more
There lived a man in southern Spain
He had no penny, no fear, no pain
Into an alley he lost his way
Ran into gold, saved it for a rainy day
Not a day went past, he didn't count it all
His friends now few and fears grew tall
Looking for more in his alley of gold
With nothing to share he grew lonely and old
The weight of gold had crushed his heart
It's burden he bore but could not part
Sad and lonely one day he cried
I cannot let go of the gold by my side
If only I had someone to be so kind
Alas all I found I must leave behind.
