kāma sūtra
imagine not being able to read the kāma sūtra because you're an uptight feminist who can't overlook a few little details like "women should be spared from learning about science since their little teeny brains can't comprehend that kind of stuff. women should, instead, learn how to teach their parrots to talk and how to make foods that are lickable and suckable"
if you're uptight your brain just shuts down and you won't be able to read after the first 8 words but if you like to have Fun, then you'd think "wow those ancient indians were really obsessed with their birds" or "wow i've only ever thought of foods as sweet vs salty, hot vs cold, i didn't know you can classify foods by consumption method"
