I accept that this happened

I did NOT prepare to tell my supervisor I was no longer going to to continue being part of the team... and this is what happened:

• I told them it was because of a team mate (which is ultimately not true, no matter how hard they are to understand and work with).
• I told them so many things out of my ass, unstructured, unfiltered, untrue.
• I told them they didn't know what it felt like to be drained of energy because that was their constant state.
• I also spoke about grey hairs that were growing due to stress.
• Asked how old they were.

Basically it was a terrible disaster and now I have to spend time forgiving myself for being an ass in front of someone that I care deeply about.

PS: Did I mention it's a terrible time at work to be having these conversations?
