#101: College's not leaving me.
I hardly remember when did I attend a full day classes of my college. For the past 9 months, I was a part of a start-up in fin-tech domain. But due to rookie mistakes, they dried up and thus I had to get another internship to pay EMIs of my new I-phone (Aah! What a motivation to work).
So, two days back I joined BlinkIt. If by any chance you don't know about BlinkIt, it's a Quick-Commerce Giant here in India in Metro cities. I can say I didn't expected BlinkIt to be so formal, but with the growing team, people just can't expect to know every member personally. One of the downside here so far.
Team is good, work is good, pay could be good. But the spotlight you get due to the Brand Tag of such a big company is really out of the world.
While all of this is great - company, work, experience; it seems that I have left college a long time back or maybe didn't go as much to remember. Sitting in my office, when I scroll through my Insta feed, I see my college peeps going to Dussehra Fairs, movies, college fests, and normal outings. Then, sometimes I feel if I am losing this once in a lifetime event of my life - College.
Here comes the but, that I did all those things that a normal college student does in college in just 10-11 months of starting my college - Lead an event, become president of society, have a brief relationship, make friends, have a crazy flat life, attend concerts and college fests, participate in competitions (won a few), do an internship, go out on streets at odd hours, and parties. Everything!
I think I've left, but the college's not leaving me!
