transience
Today marks the end of my three-month study abroad in Cambridge. It's been a wonderful journey, filled with profound learning, unforgettable experiences, and a deep affection for the city.
Initially, the thought of this chapter closing is saddening, and it's natural to feel this way. Transience often conjures feelings of loss and finality, which can cast a shadow over our experiences.
However, I've come to view transience not as a negative but as a positive force in my life. The impermanence of such experiences sharpens my appreciation for the present. Knowing that these moments are fleeting encourages me to live fully in them, to absorb every detail, and to value each interaction more deeply.
Only when experiences are transient can we truly appreciate the depth and richness of life.
