Be like Alvin Tan. Confident, if not anything he at least brings his best out. Don’t have to be shy and negative about yourself - thinking what you say is not going to be correct. Just say you whatever you want to say. At least you’re already putting yourself in a better position than thinking you don’t have the right answer.
