Telling people no
Striking conversations
Putting yourself into uncomfortable situations
And growth.

However there some thing you can do.
NEVER BE LATE
And apply the DO IT NOW methodology because -

You feel like you’re always one step behind others if you don’t have action now

I mean even Ange has better talks than you even she plays TikTok and social media; at least she knows how to handle people

You’re literally just being a white paper now

Being an adult - there’s no saying or telling decisions without giving a reason anymore

You need to come up with a reason why you decide to do what you do to justify yourself

And that’s not limiting yourself - think of it as a responsibility to the world and to yourself

The choice of words you choose

G taught you to influence others you need to “hold” 10%… to keep people interest

Don’t just say you can’t; say it with pride and enough reasons - be in the moment and really answer his questions. Many many excuses and he asked are you in the grab? Just say no.
