Pennier and Billionaire - POTUS and stock market loser
Trump has got a reality check in the form of the midterm elections result. The man's invincibility has taken a hit because anyone who respects rationality and common wisdom would not take the decisions that he has taken. I am not an expert on politics or geopolitics but whenever I set out for something, I keep one goal in mind and try to accomplish that goal. Sometimes, I do achieve it and sometimes I miss the target. However, I fail to understand, maybe due to lack of mental evolution, the rationale behind a lot of decisions which he has taken.
As a consequence of his decisions, a lot of ill-informed and/or less-qualified individuals like me are paying for it. We believed that AI stocks would keep on growing and there was no bubble. We thought that there is infinite wealth in this world and hyperscalers will keep on pouring the funds. In the past month, the stocks are down as much as 50% from their all time highs. We invested believing in MAGA and now we are rooting for them to recover just once more and so that we take out our funds.
I surmise that none of it is related and they are independent events but somewhere after following the downfall of silver and then the AI stocks, it appears to be a play that is beyond our stretch of imagination. After losing my fortune i.e. USD 1500, I realise that you can't beat the system which is played by the big players. Now, I will invest in Gold, oh sorry! that is also taking a beating. I guess I will try to earn more and probably never invest. I don't know. Loss has impaired my cognitive faculties and I am not able to put it into words.
