It’s not only what you do besides your working hours (always reminding yourself to not just play social media when you’re at home) - when you do anything at all; what’s the objectives and how much you wanted to do it. There’s NO ONE successful being socially awkward - NO ONE socially successful

Also being judgemental is not a sign of stupidity - it’s a sign of not wanting to think outside the boss - not accepting the new truth or other perspectives.

You getting affected by your mum and KS (people generally IQ lower) is a sign of you not knowing how to handle situations well
You going to breakfast - why you expect KS to lead? You need to find on your own SPECIALLY knowing he’s incapable. Think ahead by thinking the objective and just do what you want
