This morning meeting with the subcontractors is a demonstration of you shouldn’t compare yourself to the people around you
You should think it all through and strive for the best

Think it through DURING or BEFORE the meeting
You had time to think through
You just stop and panic and hope:
Hope that someone else done it
NO
It’s you who should be aggressive and STARTING
Never being the 被动
Be the 主动 and think things through what are the things to be spoken
The more 主动 you are the more likely you’re able to get the things that you wanna get
Recognition
Technical knowledge
Able to solve problem
Do good in your job
Rather than being passive and hoping someone do it for you - that’s so pointless!
Could’ve done and strive so much better.
It’s literally just subcon
What should you possess in your character to be able to deal with the beautiful unknowns?
Never be like: oh at least it’s my first time I did quite good by just showing up already.
NO! think through the best - so good that you don’t need to impress someone
You know you are the great
When you don’t know the answer
Know how to ask the right questions
What does the show flat show?
What does the architect wants?
Just ask rightfully
