Living in the moment
And having that “purpose”
Like I don’t go to badminton just for another purpose
Actually make friends
Or be good in badminton
Whatever your purpose is
You don’t just “go there”
Like you WANTED something
If nobody is there you also wanted right?
That should be the spirit
Remember
You don’t have to be friends with others by pleasing them, saying pleasing words
You just have to be attractive yourself
Work on witty, English structures, words to say
You blank coz of the habits you put in
Even with badminton players
There should be a scenario in every situation that makes you feel good
and you should thrive to do that
Don’t just be yourself in your own world
Go out and meet people it’s totally fine if people rejected you
They have their own agendas
And your job is to “white lie” them to get what you wanted to do - don’t be so extreme
There is a way of conveying words
Everything - as long as you put a time allocation in it
You’ll do it
Like - I want to go for a badminton session today. Lock it in
Cos no matter how late (which you always are)
There’s this “promise” that you’ll fulfil
Rather than not being there it’s okay to being late
Just put your situation in (things that are achievable and measurable, unlike “I want to be successful”)
Like I’m actually going to go to the library
Then set the date in - no matter how uncomfortable you are
At least when you’re there
You’ll try to find your way to be the top
Be in the moment and you’ll be interested in EVERYTHING - be actually THERE
别带太多包袱
So you won’t missed out any opportunities
You just gotta be there
And know there’s a way to speak adult
