Today I learnt three things: how aspects of think, say and do can be improved:

Improve thinking
Lum think of words he say very carefully - and stay sharp. There is a different level of thinking here. Did a lot of preparations and know a lot of knowledge - come to the meeting not for the sake of just coming but to own the meeting. Take in charge.
And whenever faced with a situation, always take a step back and think clearly. What’s next?

Say
Say clearer, loudly and initiate the talk. Speak FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE LUNGS
You jst saying just for the sake of saying
Remember saying is story telling - you should just speak the main point and always speak LOUDLY and CLEAR of wha you want to say; not just trying to mumble words because you’re forced to. Say those words because you put your mind to say. Initiative and awareness and CONTROL/OWN up to your words… not like a fucking beta like Thi or Mar. just saying cos “others ask you”
NO! Take the fucking responsibility
The way you say and not saying filler words uhh uhms, it’s gonna help you in so many

Think of other people first
Open door for small kid
Notice how do and say roots from how you think

Brain is the mastermind; foster and fortify the tactic of thinking first. Then say and do will perform good naturally
