Focus; getting things done
Doing the effective things
Once you set a target finish it within that timeline rather than sitting on it
Tell Wan what he wants to hear; that all drawings have been approved
And reply with silence. Kill with silence
Know who’s on your side and who’s not - now it’s obvious Wan is not on your side
Know the game - don’t be stupid and be honest
You need to be street smart
The only thing to outwork street smart is by being as hardworking as possible
Not everyone deserves your kindness and not everyone deserves your attention
The business is information gap; once you know something and an experience you have a lot of leverage over & because you can use alot of methods and the people under you will do as much as possible to finish
Knowledge is power
You can do more things than you can imagine.
Focus. Think through. Plan
PEA hangout work
You did it all at once thinking in the morning you can’t do any
It’s all your mentality
When you face the sun
Be happy and suns out - walk with pride
And just get moving
