Deroute: Why website?
A simple answer is - because I want to learn how to do things in and around a website.
A no-code website of growcket will be a playground for me to experiment and practice a lot of things like:
- SEO - How can I rank my website higher than existing ones.
- Content - Practice of writing.
- Insights - What type of content does people want to watch.
- Growth - How can I grow my userbase.
- Metrics - What type of metrics are important for a website.
- Benchmark - I would like to know the potential of a website which only give content for education.
- Distribution - How can I distribute my content on a regular basis on different platforms.
- Monetisation - How can I monetise my audience.
- Tools - Tools like G-Suite, Analytical and Marktech tools.
So, this website will teach me 70% of the primary marketing principles while I'm building an asset or portfolio of my own.
Either this will lead me into finding more suitable thing to do or atleast get a job in one of the roles I'd be writing about.
