Decisions that you made
It's the decisions that you made right? No matter consciously or subconsciouly - you put the water in the kettle for it to boil. You get back to your workstation and continue to work while waiting for the water to boil. Once the water is boiled:
- You travel to the kettle and took the kettle and get back to your workstation to fill in the cup, then you take the kettle back again.
Why not taking the cup to the kettle and fill the kettle water into the cup and take the cup back to the work station so it's just one round trip? (Rather than 2 round trips).
These subconcious thoughts matter from small actions to big actions. You're in a stage where you UNDERSTANDS and REALIZES this HALFWAY when you're going to take the kettle (instead of the cup) - and you are yet to make any leap of faith or any changes.
It's like that Auntie/running mom you see in the lift when she presses 10 (you lived on the 9th floor) - and when it reaches your floor first you had this thought in your brain. WHY is she getting out NOW? It clicked in your brain. But you were too afraid to shout and ask her to stop; probably because you saw she has a airpods, you had a sick voice or you didn't want people to notice how bad you were dressed that day - but all these finding excuses at the end of the day still didn't justify asking her to stop - which is at it's core the right thing to do. Nothing will make everything better if you did the right thing! Just ask her to stop - rather than focus on yourself and your shortcomings. Why not find the truth?
