You don’t have to make the “perfect environment”

You can make yourself an own garden by changing yourself

You don’t have to be “clean” and tidy only at home not at work - you can do it at work too

Only people who are good at their day job

Could be good at their side hustles too I believe

Strive to be good and better in technicals

But never forget there is a certain way of communication and humans behind the business

There would be ways of handling (body language, timing for certain actions, tonality, FACIAL EXPRESSION)

For example you would want to write notes instead of just attending meeting for free in neetings
