Be fierce

Don’t be afraid to find out the truth. Or don’t be shy away from things like money, be smart and be effective.

Never try to please others - some people don’t or born to be nasty faced.

Be smart and think about different kinds of people - some they want to joke around (like JW).

Honestly now you know the magic and the beauty of being not serious (especially with the Chinese where everything is more surface - once you go on serious topic the vibe and mood will be tense). So don’t be serious is a sign of being emotionally smart (in front of the Chinese).

Never be afraid to be yourself - and find out the truth always. Ask questions that will lead to the answer. But please be using your own logical judgment and the brain power that actually makes sense - leverage to get the answer. New ideas will born into newer and more creative ideas.
