Balance between social and work
Learning to be sociable is a skill
Because life is not all about technicals and academia - you need to put effort into having to know yourself as a human
Even now you talk sound like a robot
And the number 1 first rule to be a sociable human being is to:
Be your OWN human; not feeling anxiety or fear or "trying to laugh your awkwardness off"
once you get the idea that it's okay to be awkward and not being "try to be the smart one" or whatever; which should come when you're studying alone - and deep thinking
Because you shouldn't let this aspect (social) to bring your confidence level down you see. You're not Einstein or other socially awkward genius; WHOM are OKAY with it too. That means - you shouldn't be harsh on yourself - that'll just 内耗 and you're slowly becoming smaller pieces instead of being bigger.
And don't be so sensitive when people say.
Don't be so insensitive when you say.
