Just take a simple example
You could’ve been early so manny times
That nobody forces you to be late
But you’re the only one that drags yourself down
Literally NO ONE controls you

Of course there’s a argument of luck in every end of the story
But honestly logically luck comes in hand when you put effort and hardwork into it
Because “luck” means the way of work life is
You happen to be at this spot at the right time

So it’s up to you to realise this luck

But you gotta control your life first
Don’t be a sail boat

Be the captain of the ship
You’re the only one affecting your future by doing the things you do

OT - you will get promoted
Play and have fun - you’ll won’t get upgraded
Stare at ceiling - you will get bored
Go to parties - you will get fun

Literally it’s up to the player to play the game
There is no “because of them I’m like this” - they are literally like this because of the things and way they were brought up to be and it’s nothing that you can do about them but accept and find a way to get out of the situation as best as possible.

To be awaken means to be aware and “awake” “清晰” - that how this game is to be played.

Example:
Your English became bad BECAUSE you AREE in a construction where everyone uses bad English. Used to be good right?
