Achieving long-term goals
Why you haven't been achieving your to do list or your productive goals; in a YEAR or in the LONG-TERM PLAN
PLEASE BREAK IT DOWN.
It's actually how you break it down and having that SYSTEMATIC approach (which might sound like it's a bad thing but it isn't)
Apply that SYSTEM: Having that 0 & 1 switch
All success from you comes when you can overcome the "苦"; imagining you click a button that chooses between:
"I go shower" vs "Laying on beanbag"
"Watch Youtube" vs "Open Coursera"
"Focus on work" vs "Open phone for check instagram reeels"
"Stay on bed" vs "Play the piano"
"Find very very short term dopamine" vs "Do the first hard priority in TDL"
吃苦 means resisting that temptation to do easy things
Apply 0 and 1 - system is going to change your lifestyle your way of living
I do the priorities first - then I indulge and taste the sweetness later that comes in life
Or
I do the hard things
Because doing it initiates momentum and momentum gets easier
It's not hard when you start it
It's hard when you can't overcome the force of temptation to do the easy thing.
Relax.... and you'll get easy results.
Work hard with toughness... you'll forge a real sword.
It's just like this article
I wouldn't know what to write UNLESS I just blurt it out/start it;
THEN IMPROVE IT the second time I PROOFREAD IT
It's the small steps that count
And truthfully: 0 or 1 is a 50% 50% decision
Either you switch yourself turn over the extreme I MUST DO THIS to 100%
Once I start it
I won't feel bad not doing ANY OTHER THINGS at the MOMENT
For e.g: Writing this journal than watching the Young Sheldon.
START - then AIM FOR 100%.
