There’s no work life balance.
Life will get to a rhythm if you choose your PRIORITY right.
What matters the most to you NOW? Regardless of your past relationship, career choices, family and friends. What matters now?
- The best skill, or so called power — if I were to pass to my son if I ever had kids.
Is having CONFIDENCE
You literally don’t need to
Call your dog a good name and he’ll be a good & capable soul; and THAT’S PRIOR TO HAVING the capabilities. Our mind is not limited to the knowledge and the societal titles that has given to us
Now if you think how to do a better job as being an archi coordinator - that you can do MUCH MORE by noticing Bry was like me, and you should replay what he should be doing if it was back again: that makes him knowledgeable NOW - knowing that you don’t even have the experience yet. That’s by being polite and diplomatic and being focus & prepared for architectural discussions beforehand. It’s the CONFIDENCE of knowing you’ll get there that makes you great.
- why worry about the past when you have now.
And you finally made closure to yourself. You’re not going to think or comply to someone’s ideology just try to please someone now. Just like you were trying to get JL’s approval.
Say NO! You don’t have to like YQ now even if she’s hotter. Good for her & I wish her all the best
One more: business is all in the details. As were all successes
