Transition
I had a rather productive morning as I did not laze around till afternoon so pats on the back for that.
There have been countless times I've refused to see the efforts I actually put in & pretty much kept overthinking about how everything I do makes no sense.
I know the root cause & have been working on it for a while, its a huge lack of self confidence that stems from not doing something that has brought justifiable results.
Unless I don't SEE the output of what I've done, it's as much a huge zero to me & its time I fix that part of my personality.
I'm well aware of this mental trait & the ways it holds me back from looking at the good parts I possibly have within me which is why I decided to acknowledge the tiny wins.
The one thing that I definitely want to remind myself & be happy about is the discipline that I've tried to build.
I remember spending my days lying in bed with zero aspirations or will to get up & get going. Today, I can't go to sleep without doing atleast one fruitful act that my future self will thank me for.
I still have days where I don't want to be bothered by anything but I still make it a point to make it count by doing something that will let me sleep peacefully.
Transitioning from an immobile phase to a place that brings you fulfillment will heal the parts of your life you never thought could be cured in the first place.
Creating something out of your heart's joy has the potential to reverse your life, don't take it for granted.
