The Butterfly Effect
Read this in a post on Instagram which said, "It's crazy how each day that passes feels the same, but when we look back, everything seems different." I was dissolved in a trail of thoughts. I think a big reason for this is that change often happens gradually, in a series of small events. It's not always a one-time thing that we can easily identify as significant.
An example of this is when you first meet someone. You might not think much of it at the time, but as you start interacting with them more and more, it becomes a routine. Before you know it, you can't imagine your life without them. But in the moment, it might not have felt like a significant change. This change can be hard to see in the moment, but it's happening all around us.
One event can change the course of our lives in ways we never could have imagined. It's fascinating to even think about why this phenomenon was named 'The Butterfly Effect' - how small changes can have a big impact. It's a reminder that even though things might seem the same day to day, there's always something changing and evolving.
Let the butterfly lead you to an eternity of bliss. Keep going :)
