Letting go...

As we grow and mature, we realize that life is an art of letting go. We must let go of our past, our present, and even our future. The more we cling onto things, the more we suffocate ourselves, and eventually die in grief.

It's important to understand that life is a series of events, where one event ends and another begins. You should never identify yourself as a single person, instead, you should look at yourself as a collection of experiences and memories. In this way, you can be whoever you want to be at any given moment in time.

However, the most common reason why people struggle to let go is because they hold on to things too tightly. They become attached to the past and refuse to embrace the future. They believe that if they let go, they will lose what they have. But, in reality, letting go is the only way to make room for new experiences and opportunities.

The most happy people in the world look at life as a experiment. They understand that happiness does not come from external factors, but from within. They don't have 1000 desires about how things should be, but instead, they accept life for what it is. They reduce their emotions and become more rational. It's a common misconception that emotions are messages from the brain, but in reality, emotions are just emotions, and they should not dictate our lives.

In conclusion, It is what it is.
