How to start a blog

I have all these thoughts and ideas to start a business or side hustle to lead to me to financial independence.

But what has struck me is that almost all the times I just stop myself to take action, somehow.

It may be fear of failure, uncertainty, procrastination, laziness.

Also overthinking is a big one. I tend to over analyse the scope of the business, all its hurdles and then kicks in the self doubt that whether I will be able to do it.
Will it lead to frusion after a long journey of hard work and efforts?

I justify my overthinking tendencies as Competition Analysis.
There are so many people already doing it, big companies with huge teams/budgets, people with experience leaps and bounds more than me.

Is there even any space left in the blogging space. Is the revenue potential from blogging decreasing?

And again,
Will it lead to frusion after a long journey of hard work and efforts?

I go through many blogs, monetized by affiliates, ads, their own products, sponsorship.
I try to understand their strategy, how much time did they take to reach here, what are the skills needed, is this a niche worth pursuing, and most importantly, how much money are they making per month.

Flippa, Blog marketplaces and a lot of blogging newsletters help to get such information.

All this over optimization, just because you want to see success and results for your time and effort, and you want to to be in the very best place to achieve that.
