The heroes we need
I've been running up against lots of large, intractable issues recently. The nature of work, the problems with capitalism, climate doom-erism, the absence of any kind of regulation on social platforms (or tech in general), my role in all this...

These are not things individuals can tackle. These are complex, systemic problems.

The only way to deal with complex, systemic problems is collectively. We're going to need to coordinate and leverage change at multiple levels of complex problems simultaneously.
People, groups, and movements that help us imagine new ways of working together, and who set examples of how to pull something like this off are the heroes we need.
