intellectual property of NFT projects is a grey area to understand. conversation around copywrite is commonly focused on a buyer 'owning' their image and can use it in any way they desire. i see this as a misunderstanding. not every creator wants their creations used outside of the means that it was created for, unless that creation fits within the same ethos of its original design. as both a creator and collector the view to IP is not about a monetary gain (yet in some do think this way) but more about an end user experience. why do you want the IP rights...
