ahh "critique"
attempts to break outside of a creative block i have revisited some content from mentors who i admire. it is their quotes that resonate with me. the one sticking out now is;
"It’s easier to be a critic than to produce work. So the only way to get to the end means is to start the domino effect. Which is essentially put out bad work." by Virgil Abloh.
what can be extracted from this quote?
- publishing a piece of content is the most important thing to start or continue a creative trajectory.
- dont settle for the easy part.
- "bad" work is something that can be improved on.
- the opinion of others does not need to weigh heavily on your mind.
my mind is starting to become brighter...
