When I first went online, it was with the honest intention of job searching and I did look for work. In fact, the Internet would become a source of income many years later but not before I fell down the rabbit hole of Facebook. Ensue pointless fights and frequent depression but as we move out of a seismic culture shift, it appears that the Internet is returning to the pockets and corners that existed before the social media giants. Pitfalls ahead? Undoubtedly. If we can avoid inadvertently making 4chan clones then this could be a fun experiment.
