Talking

Rambling is what I do more than talking only to realise that talking is no more than censoring your rambling and picking out the best variation of a collection of words. The more you talk the better you get at picking out the best words and that is considered normal. The art of filtering your ramble is talking. All of this happens in a few seconds , fast enough for you to never notice the whole process of word selection. It is only when you consciously take out time to notice each selection that you start to ramble. The cloud of self doubt and fear lies in retrospect but the same can be said for self awareness, then i guess its a balancing act with onee being relitivelly harder than the other
