To understand a system, you must define its boundaries, forming its own “universe.” While we often think of individuals as separate from their environment, in reality, they are deeply interconnected. Evolutionary constraints highlight this relationship: organisms are shaped by and respond to their surroundings. The very existence of a species is conditioned by its ability to adapt to environmental changes, proving that no system, biological or otherwise, can be fully isolated from the forces outside its borders. It also proves the importance of interfaces for shaping the identity.
